About Loan GenieX

Loan GenieX provides educational preparation tools. An application or consultation is a separate step with a mortgage company or authorized professional—not a lending decision by this guide.

Where Blue Dolphin Capital is the provider, it is identified as such before you request a connection. This is not a promise of independent, market-wide comparison. Availability depends on current authorization and your property’s state.

Before a connection, you see the professional and company and choose whether to share the stated contact information. Completing a plan does not enroll you in marketing.

Contact & licensing information

Loan GenieX’s readiness guide provides educational preparation insights based on your answers. It is not a credit score, prequalification, preapproval, loan offer, or guarantee of financing.

Before you begin

Good questions.
Clear answers.

Do I need an account to begin?

No. You can browse and complete the educational readiness guide without an account. Sign in to save a plan, apply, upload documents, or access personal workspaces.

What information does the guide ask for?

Your goal, timeline, and broad preparation information about credit-report review, income, debts, savings, housing budget, and documents. The guest guide does not request Social Security numbers, account numbers, or uploads.

Does the readiness guide check my credit?

The educational questionnaire uses your answers and predefined preparation rules. It does not request a credit report. A later loan application is a separate process with its own authorizations and disclosures.

What happens to my guest answers?

They stay in temporary browser memory, not public records. Unsaved progress can be lost when you leave or reload. Choosing Save My Plan opens account access in another tab so you can explicitly save while the original guide stays open.

How is information shared with a professional?

Completing the guide does not send your financial answers to a professional. The connection flow identifies the recipient and requires explicit permission before sharing the listed contact details, state, goal, and timeline.

Can I apply directly?

Yes. Choose Start an Application, review the introduction, and sign in or create an account before personal intake. Returning applicants can use their existing application links without repeating the readiness guide.
